I recently leased a Toyota Sienna. The service I received was excellent. I needed modifications to the vehicle due to my disability. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I had to spend, and he took that information and told me what they had availab walked into the dealership. There was no comparison, the Toyota Tundra out performed the Chevy Silverado all the way around..I am so happy with my new Toyota Tundra. If everyone did as I did and test drove the Tundra before they bought a ford or chevy or dodge. Then I believe that all Shelors would be selling are Tundras. The truck is just that good.... I went to look at Corolla's but thought I might like a Camry instead. Stanley left the choice entirely to me, not pushing for the more expensive one. I chose the Camry and Stanley offered to take a bit off the price because the wheels were a bit costly and I didn't really need such fancy ones. Otherwise it was equipped pretty well the way I wanted, not extravagantly. Stanley had another appointment and Chad followed through with the purchase details, equally courteous, informative, and friendly. The reasons I bought that day instead of waiting were that the manufacturer's financing incentives were very good and there was a car in stock I liked really well. The reason I went to Shelor before looking elsewhere was that that they were the nearest Toyota dealer. One of the reasons I didn't look any farther was that I liked the the salesmen. Their courtesy, unpretentiousness, desire to please, and lack of pressure, were really attractive. More
