Dealer unable to diagnose navigation problem. Charged me to give me the same symptoms I gave them. Great experience with Matthew and staff at Shelor Toyota! Yesterday afternoon I found a 2022 4Runner that they had available, and are incredibly difficult to find. After speaking with Matthew he was able to work the whole deal over the phone including a trade in estimate which made everything really painless. I was 4.5 hours away from their dealership and Matthew as well as the lady in finance stayed until after closing time to make sure we got the deal done. I am very thankful to them for that.
