Great dealership and service but this time we are dissatisfied as they waited one hour after our appointment time to start the service which was only oil change and it took them 45 minutes to finish dissatisfied as they waited one hour after our appointment time to start the service which was only oil change and it took them 45 minutes to finish it. Appointment was for 9;00am, we reached at 8:30am. At 10:00am we had to go and ask about how long we will have to wait. At that point they told us that they just took our car for service. Even though they did state inspection which was last minute added, it shouldn’t take 45 minutes. Overall long wait even after making an appointment, poor communication, and too long to complete simple oil change and state inspection. More
