Third Time Was NOT A Charm! Over the years we have actually purchased two vehicles from this dealer and had no issues in the past. But now that the the new Briggs owners have taken over this place is an absolute mess! We started off by picking out seven different cars we wanted to look at before we drove over to do our trade in. We also did the Instant Cash Offer Process online and I called and spoke with a lady named Savannah to confirm our offer and let her know the main car we wanted to look at which she assured me was on the lot. The next day we get there only to find out that only ONE of the seven cars is actually even there. Two have been sold and not updated on the site and four others were not even at this lot but at another lot they own in a town over two hours away! They claim that with all the changes their inventory site is a total mess. We took it in stride and went ahead and test drove the one car there that we did like. They then tried to offer us far less than that Cash Offer promised so we had to pull up the original offer on my phone and go over it all with Josh the salesman. Finally they came around on that at least after I proved that I knew what my truck was worth. The final straw though was when they completely did a bait and switch on the price. After test driving the car I asked Josh if he would see if they would take $9,800 on the 2014 Ford Focus SE with 41,000 miles on it since they were asking $9,956 and their were cheaper ones online. He went to ask and came back saying that that would be doable. Okay great we will take it then. Let's run the credit we said. 15 minutes later Josh comes back saying that the price online was a mistake and the car is really $13,123!!! I obviously am not happy and I pull up the listing again on my phone to show him the price of $9,956 right there on their site which matches the VIN number in the listing and on the car both. Ugh! Josh takes my phone and goes in to the finance office leaving us sitting there another 20 minutes after which someone we don't even know who never even gives us his name proceeds to tell us that again their listing site is all messed up due to a bad internet provider, which makes no sense since your internet provider has nothing to do with how you run your site, and if we want the car it will be $13,123. No matter what I say or how upset I am he refuses to budge even one dollar so we say no, of course. Josh never even came back out of that office and I even had to ask for my $800 iPhone 6s Plus back! We wasted four hours of our time dealing with this place and were treated horribly even though we are repeat customers with good credit and a great trade worth over $2,000 more than we owe on it! I will never ever go back there again. I did file a complaint on their site two days ago asking someone to call me and no one has so they just don't care I guess. I want it to be know that the very next day we drove to a different dealer and after only two hours we left with the same model and year of car with only 21,000 miles on it, so 20,000 less than the car at Briggs and we only paid $10,550!! No hassles and no issues! I have reviewed that dealer as well if you wish to see it. Never go to any of the Briggs lots if you want a good deal and good service. The new owners just don't care and that is sad to see happen to what used to be a great lot to deal with. :( More

We called to see if they still had the truck which they did so the salesman pulled the truck up to the front door for us. We test drove it and then talked about price. From that point on, it was just a matter of signing papers. I thought the sales manager was a bit rude to the salesman helping us. It was getting close to closing (maybe a little after closing hours) and he told the salesman to hurry up and get my name and info in the computer so they could do the financial part for us. We ended up going back up a few days later to finish the deal so they could detail the truck and get it ready. Overall, we had a great experience. More
