Bill and Justin pulled off a quick-find-and-deliver of the perfect car for me. I wanted a white plug-in Escape hybrid. I wish I bought my truck elsewhere. I’m stuck at Sheridan. I bought a brand new under shield and Sheridan left it hanging after an oil change. Communication was terrible. Not able to get anyone live. Had to escalate to the branch manager multiple times. Did not get a clear understanding of how much it would cost despite many many voicemails. Many many delays and they had our car for several weeks while warranty and non-warranty work was done. I am now rethinking if I will ever come back to this dealership again. More

Dave and finance staff sayed late on a Saturday to start working a deal with me even though I showed up 10 minutes before they closed! Excellent service. Got me an awesome rate and right at my budget number working a deal with me even though I showed up 10 minutes before they closed! Excellent service. Got me an awesome rate and right at my budget number. Dave was awesome threw the process. Came back on Monday to finish the deal and was in and out in less then an hour.
