I was at the top of the Delaware Memorial Bridge when my air pressure light went off as I left the dealer & went straight to work. The front tires require 75 lbs & the back tires require 80 lbs. Poor customer service Made appt for thermostat repair, was told wait time for would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. Waited 7 hrs. (They knew I was waiting) Was not given updates by advisor Made appt for thermostat repair, was told wait time for would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. Waited 7 hrs. (They knew I was waiting) Was not given updates by advisor at any time. I had to seek info from other advisors there. Was never offered apology when finally completed and lame excuse for cause. I understand things come up and wait times are approximate, but this was a bit extreme. A short "sorry for the wait" and a decent explanation would have led to a different review. More
