Service was terrible. Got my vehicle towed in to Sheridan ford in Delaware. Was told by service staff Rodney that my engine was a total loss. Long story short, Rodney didn Got my vehicle towed in to Sheridan ford in Delaware. Was told by service staff Rodney that my engine was a total loss. Long story short, Rodney didn’t return call after I asked for quote to replace the engine. So I arrived at the dealer to speak with Rodney in person, I waited for 40 min in lobby. Rodney never showed his face. Wanted to speak with service mgr as I could see him speaking with an employee in side his glass wall office as we caught eyes a couple times. He could tell I needed to speak with someone as the greeter girl was afraid to call him. So I left and returned the next day to pick up my vehicle with tow truck. Rodney still now show in the wait area. Second opinion resulted in a quote of 2100.00 and vey pleased with a knowledgeable mechanic other than a ford dealership. Don’t go to Sheridan ford for service. So sad More
