Rocky met with me while I had the oil changed in my '19 Traverse. I saw a '21 Traverse that I asked him about. I wasn't expecting to work anything out because I still owed so much on my '19. Dropped off my Traverse for routine maintenance and left for a few hours. Was notified on my phone about 30-45 minutes it was ready. This prompt service was excellent.
