Poor customer care. General manager was not interested. My transmission went out 2 months after purchase. Today is day 42 of Sherman Cadillac having my car. Sales team d General manager was not interested. My transmission went out 2 months after purchase. Today is day 42 of Sherman Cadillac having my car. Sales team did not care, once the sale was done you are not a priority. Did not receive a rental car for 3 weeks. General Motors should know Cadillacs transmission are bad, to release it asap. I have paid 2 car loan payments plus insurance on a car I have not drove. More
