Frustration with trying to get scheduled to come in, very poor, waiting area, and an unrealistic expectation of how long it would take to complete the project. Ultimately, I ended up missing meetings because poor, waiting area, and an unrealistic expectation of how long it would take to complete the project. Ultimately, I ended up missing meetings because I continued to be told that my car was almost done only to wait multiple hours. I understand that things can take a while, but set the right expectation on the front end. A simple oil change should not have taken as long as it did, but even if it was going to take as long as it did, the expectation of that should've been set. More
