Karlo was awesome! The price and same day delivery of the vehicle was top notch. Communication with everyone other than Perez since then has been very lackluster. Trying to cancel added coverages since the purchase has been difficult because I’m not able to just swing by in person and it’s been nearly impossible to get anyone to respond to emails or call back after leaving voicemails.
