Sales manager quoted me $2000 over MSRP sticker for a new Tahoe. I consider that disrespectful to long term customers. Service department has nice people but policy requires them to charge ridiculously high prices for parts and labor. And a $185 fee just to diagnose a problem; then you have to decide if you want that fee to go toward repairs at the dealership. I take my vehicles here for extended warranty service because i bought the warranty here. After my bad experience with sales, I bought my granddaughter’s car elsewhere, and will do so for my wife’s next car. More
