Rep tried to get me to change brake fluid on Equinox with 25000 miles on it. Plus replace engine air filter. I said I would agree to air filter and check sensor since it showed 70% good. In a few minutes air filter was fine after it was blown out. Felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. He didn't know I use to do all maintenance with my husband. Then car set out several minutes, I called number on text message and he said he was headed out with my paperwork. He showed up in about a minute More

The custom service was perfectly fine and my truck was fixed quickly without issue. BUT the up charge for parts is excessive and labor costs are ridiculous.
