Frank In Finance is unprofessional and rude. He yelled and hung up on me. Salesman Jaime ignores calls and text messages about future service orders. We had no problem in setting up our appointment to see the car and loved it. I was kind of surprised that it has no spare tire but a fix a flat and compressor. The sales person was very accommodating in a the car and loved it. I was kind of surprised that it has no spare tire but a fix a flat and compressor. The sales person was very accommodating in answering questions and showing us the vehicle and helping us through the process of buying the car. Seeing the finance manager took a few hours and could have been faster. The vehicle we purchased was a 2020 Pacifica with only 7100 miles on it. The disappointing thing is they only had one Key Fob. For as much as we had to pay for the car you would think they could do the right thing and get us the second one that all cars come with. The sales manager did put on the WE CARE form that if they find the other key they will give it to us but other than that they were more interested in selling us the spare one for $170. My fingers are crossed that they will stumble on the spare key and remember to contact us. For the 30k to purchase the car I feel they should have given us the second key that should have been with the car. . More

Disappointing experience. The amount of time spent, not listening or understating what the issue was, and then correcting the real issue.
