Not Honest I called a week ahead for confirmation of pricing. When I arrived the price of the truck was $8,000 higher. The sales manager argued that he never gav I called a week ahead for confirmation of pricing. When I arrived the price of the truck was $8,000 higher. The sales manager argued that he never gave me the price he quoted on the phone. He then said that he listened to the call and I was lying. When I requested to listen to the call too he walked away. The trade value provided was $2700 less than what their online evaluation was. My truck was in perfect condition.. After asking for my keys back because a deal wouldn’t get done, I was chased across the dealership and “random” numbers were given from the Sales GM. He said he didn’t know any details of the deal, but magically was close to the numbers discussed and what my trade was worth. Make sure you do your homework and know all of the details if you plan to do business here or you will get taken. More

My salesman stated that he had a perfect one in the other lot, which I know is less then a ten minute drive. 50 minutes later the car was ready for me to see. Can I tell you I WAS INSULTED. The vehicle had 185 miles, soda cans and garbage in the back seat, a phone charger plugged in and dirt on the front driver side. The salesman said his manager was driving this. If he was going to the other lot, those vehicles are not driven. The vehicle had secured dealer plates. Are you serious? My vehicle that was brought in for service was cleaner than the upgrade I was looking to purchase. I will be sharing this information with Jeep. More
