I like the car we got, but the paperwork process took hours even though we were paying cash. Also, dubious sales tactics with unexplained UCI (Used Car Inspection) charge of $1800 tacked on to sale price hours even though we were paying cash. Seems shady that they would charge someone $1800 without telling them what it was for. Luckily I was able to get them to waive that, but buyer beware! More

Quoted me $950 for a window power motor. I had it done elsewhere for $265. You marked up a $50 part to $425. I will never do another repair there.
