Sadness, anger...I don't know what to feel I've never felt so down and depressed before. Buying a NEW car for the first time is supposed to be a nice and exciting experience, at least that's wh I've never felt so down and depressed before. Buying a NEW car for the first time is supposed to be a nice and exciting experience, at least that's what my wife and I thought. We spent 4 days dealing with this guys, I have a tide schedule so I had to go back and forth because they couldn't resolved me a deal (a lot of waste of time). I understand that my budget is short and I was asking for low payments, but finally they came out with a reasonable plan. Payments were closed to what I asked, I didn't have to give a lot of down payment, I get to chose the color of the car (obviously) and taxes were covered though I lost a lot of money on my trade in, but we accepted. When we were ready to sing the papers they couldn't find the car lost on that massive place. It was really late and we were so tired so we told them that will come back after the weekend and we gave them money to lock the deal. They called me next day saying that we needed to sing the papers or we will lose the benefits of the sale so we did what we could to comeback and I asked them if we give more money as down payment we can get a car with extra features and they said yes. We were very excited, so we get there only to find out that not only they took the extra money as down payment, but the monthly payments went up as well, we lost more money on the trade in, taxes weren't covered and they give me an ugly xxx red car arguing that it was the ONLY ONE LEFT on the entire massive 3 lots of a dealership which is un-xxxxing-believable! They knew that I was on a dead line with my truck and the rebate was going to cover the loss of my trade and that's why they took advantage of it. We lost a lot of money and got in a bigger debt than we expected, I couldn't sleep that nigh thinking how we got ripped off. More

NEVER GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALER After trying to make a deal with the U R approved department for almost 9-1/2 hours, they gave us only ONE key after we signed papers. Me and my husband are the owners, so we should have received two keys. They did not tell us that we only had ONE key until after we signed all the papers and they gave us ONE key. I asked where was the other key. Bill Kay the manager asked Andrew the sales man, he said he saw NO other key. Bill Kay told me that he would call me and my husband the next day to look for the key. Bill Kay DID NOT call us back. We called him back and he said there was NO other key. Me and my husband asked him to have a key made because we are BOTH the owners. Bill Kay said NO, there was nothing he can do. I told Bill Kay that we both, me and my husband had used cars and we always received TWO keys upon purchasing a vehicle, he still said NO. We then called Joe whom is a higher boss with UR Approved department. When I explained the situation to JOE, he told me that it depends on how much profit they made from my car deal that they sold me. That was a terrible answer to me on his part. He said NO to another key as well. I told Joe we spent over 9 hours trying to get a deal with them for a car, we walked out twice and they came back to get us. I also told Bill K and Joe that we did not appreciate them having us to sign all the papers and afterwards give us ONE KEY. I even contacted Chrysler corporation and went a step higher, NO accomplishment. I purchased a Ford Focus so they felt like they could not help me neither, regardless of what kind of car I purchased, I purchased from them Chrysler Sherman and they should have given me a second key. This is BAD BUSINESS from both Sherman Dodge Dealer and Chrysler Corporation. More

I have never been to this dealer before and when I first walked in They were customer focused, gave honest numbers, and played no games. The Sales Manager Reggie was a true pleasure to deal with as well. My salesman Stacey was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Stacey also answered every call I had with any question. I bought the Wrangler because of the honesty and no nonsense approach. I will continue to be a customer here and will recommend this to anyone looking. More

awesome flawless experience I came into sherman after taking with a sales associate Matt Arenstein who was very knowledgeable and kind. Matt met me outside and introduced me to Kathy G who I worked with the night I came in. I had no intentions of buying a car that night I just wanted to test drive and think on it. However, that is not what happened. I feel in love with a 2016 jeep patriot. The sales team was so helpful and patient I spent several hours contemplating whether or not I should buy. They gave me an incredible deal on my trade in And a great dealership deal. They never made me wait to long in between negotiations and allowed me to have as much time as I needed to process. They worked with me to get to a spot where I was comfortable with the monthly payments and down payment. Once I said deal it was done they had my new car washed and ready. I said goodbye to my old car and drove off the lot with a huge smile! Everyone was so nice, personable and helpful. I cannot say enough kind words about kathy, Matt and the rest of the sherman team..
