John was extremely patient and personable. He worked with us to get us into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. He listened to what we wanted and spent his entire evening trying his best to accommodate us. I was not fond of his manager's holding my credit card hostage so that we could not leave, and I think they use some bad practices there (bait and switch, false advertising, selling a car as "new" when it was clearly a demo, etc.) Overall I do not think I would go there again, but I wanted to review John because he is an asset to their company.
