Mike Mantor made my dream come true!! Mike was honestly the most helpful person i have ever dealt with my family and i walked into the dealer at about 8pm and we looked at a specific 201 Mike was honestly the most helpful person i have ever dealt with my family and i walked into the dealer at about 8pm and we looked at a specific 2015 jeep wrangler and i absolutely loved it. All i had left to do was convince my father and get a good deal and thats when mike walked by showed us the car we test drove it he was not pushy what so ever even tho by that tiime it was late and it was time for him to go home but he loved what he was doing and finally convinced my father to talk about that car. He gave us an amazing deal we didnt think twice and right away said yes he made sure our paper work were all done right and was working in a perfect pace to get us out of there and to make sure i was happy with the car. Good Salesman bad Managers Overall I was VERY happy working with our sales rep John, however his managers were pushy, refused to listen to me and would not let us leave without Overall I was VERY happy working with our sales rep John, however his managers were pushy, refused to listen to me and would not let us leave without making a purchase. John was extremely patient and personable. He worked with us to get us into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. He listened to what we wanted and spent his entire evening trying his best to accommodate us. I was not fond of his manager's holding my credit card hostage so that we could not leave, and I think they use some bad practices there (bait and switch, false advertising, selling a car as "new" when it was clearly a demo, etc.) Overall I do not think I would go there again, but I wanted to review John because he is an asset to their company. More
