Good experience at the dealership. Relatively quick. The team was also able to keep my monthly payments in a range that I was comfortable with. Arrived at the dealership early and the salesman arrived early to meet with me and my wife. Test drove the vehicle we were interested in and the interior was dirty with something spilled on the center cons early to meet with me and my wife. Test drove the vehicle we were interested in and the interior was dirty with something spilled on the center console. I asked the salesman and he advised the interior would be detailed. We waited approximately 40 minutes after the test drive to meet with the finance manager, our credit application and loan were approved the prior day and a down payment had been made the prior day also. After meeting with the finance manager we waited another 45 minutes before the vehicle was ready. The outside of the vehicle had been washed but the inside had not been detailed as promised. On the way home we found a large chip in the windshield which I have to assume the dealership knew was there which I spent $143.00 to have repaired. I spent an 1 1/2 the next day detailing the inside of the vehicle. I found an antifreeze leak 2 days later which I'm taking to a mechanic to have it looked at since I bought the vehicle as is. Although the sales person was courteous and arrived early to meet us, overall this was one of the worse experiences purchasing a vehicle. The long wait at the dealership, the vehicle not being ready for delivery after pre arranging everything the prior day, and now having issues with the vehicle have left us with a bad feeling about this purchase. Hope we do find any major issues with the vehicle and expected a lot more from Dodge dealership. More

They tried to over charge me for a transmission , then they ordered a used one . They were charging me 4000.00 o no way was I going to pay that I cancel the job with them and they still charged me 700 t they ordered a used one .
