As expected with this dealership our bogo promotion for a free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. I said why would someone call me to inform m free oil change did not appear on the record. When asked why Earl said they are not doing these anymore. I said why would someone call me to inform me he answered they wouldn’t do that. Of course they wouldn’t do it. Always have a disappointing experience at Sherman. The only reason why the 2 stars were given was for the employee who greeted us and was very nice and the employee who perform the oil change. It was a very basic visit. Oil change only. They didn’t even do a basic wash on my Jeep. When I climbed in there was plastic wrap everywhere and they didn’t tell me how to reset the oil feature so had to g even do a basic wash on my Jeep. First time buying a vehicle through a dealership. Overall a good experience. Nick was very friendly and accommodating. I Was relatively comfortable with the down payment and monthly payments.
