Service concerns were not addressed in one visit. Promise to provide shuttle service was not honored costing me $40 in round-trip users. They tried to convince me my car was not supposed to have safety featu to provide shuttle service was not honored costing me $40 in round-trip users. They tried to convince me my car was not supposed to have safety features that were included on window sticker. The service department refused to even address the issue telling me it was an issue with the sales department. I got bounced around and my time wasted. The feature was eventually installed as specified, when I picked up the car they told me it was working all along. A complete lie. Makes no sense the way they responded to this. More
