I was told I would get a call the following day and didn't. The price was high for the type of work done (ETC replacement). The cost was less than the quote which was nice, but it still shouldn't cost 860 bucks to get a throttle body replaced and even though the receipt said no coupon was applied I was "assured" that it had been included (but with not proof?). I may not go back since there is nothing exceptional about this dealer. More

Where do I begin??? Mary Lamarca is amazing. I came in with a 2012 Equinox. I was upside down on the loan by about $4k. It had 138k miles on it. Mary was not pushy. She spent the better part of 7 hours sh with a 2012 Equinox. I was upside down on the loan by about $4k. It had 138k miles on it. Mary was not pushy. She spent the better part of 7 hours showing me vehicles and taking me for test drives. She appeared like she genuinely cared about doing what was best for me. I could not be happier. Long story longer. She put me in a 2019 with 70 miles on it and she stayed within my budget. I will be buying my next vehicle from Mary. I will also send anyone I know looking for a vehicle to her.
