Pretty painless. Nick G. was our salesman. Very nice and helpful. Took the time to listen to us. Easy to deal with the purchase of our new van. But, after we had agree Nick G. was our salesman. But, after we had agreed on a cash price for the van, Joon came over and started talking about not being able to give us certain rebates (?) and financing the van. We told him it was a cash deal. He seemed like he didn't want to give us the price we agreed upon with Nick. We were ready to get up and leave. Nick made sure we were getting the van for the agreed upon price and everything was fine after that. More
