Sherman Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

Purchased a truck from you years ago and was pretty happy with the experience. When I received a recall notice on another vechicle I figured you guys would cover the work just fine. In addition to the recall with the experience. When I received a recall notice on another vechicle I figured you guys would cover the work just fine. In addition to the recall I asked them to do an additional repair. After dropping it off I received a call from the service department. He said the part would be $33. I thought great that seems reasonable. After telling me that he said there would be an hour of labor. I guess I should have asked what that would cost be. I'm guessing it was a five minute repair. well the $33 part turned into a bill over $200. I cant see into the future, but cant imagine ever stepping foot into the place again. More
