Good news/Bad news So I don’t feel down or considering I bought that only two vehicles from Sherman Dodge Bavette Dunne all my service checks there with Sherman Dogde an So I don’t feel down or considering I bought that only two vehicles from Sherman Dodge Bavette Dunne all my service checks there with Sherman Dogde and had to have recalls done on my car that I was given enough coupons and or discounts to fix my car this time when it had a problem I think more customer appreciation should’ve been given to the fact that I bought two cars from Sherman Dodge and I brought back the cars that I reset the box and I can make more money and still had such a great dealership I made all my payments on time I’ve been a great client and I don’t feel that I was appreciate it I do how ever feel that a timely manner was given to you did you see what was wrong with my car and I was given options about how I could fix it no payment plans were provided nor coupons were given to reduce the price of payment that I was to gift for fixing my car and I don’t think that was right considering how many cars and my payment history as a very good client of Sherman Dogde More

Oil changes Normally when I get an oil change here and I go to pick up my car I don’t have to pay anything because they say it is covered under warranty. Well when I went in a few days ago I wanted to verify that there will be no charge because of my warranty. Lester checked my warranty and was a little short with me and told me that I did not have that kind of warranty. When I asked Chris G-in service-who usually helps me out, he said that that was only a few free that I had. I left confused because they gave me the impression that my oil changes were covered under warranty. Also, I do not remember being offered this warranty for free oil changes when I bought my car there. So, I felt as though I had been misled and cut short when trying to explain my previous experiences there. More

Service This time around service wasnt too bad...although I was told it was going tio take at least 4 hrs when I called in...it took about 2 1/2 hours. It would be nice if there were loaners available, not everybody has 4 plus hrs to wait around. But when it's something out of the norm, there always seems to be some issues. Oil change, tire rotation and fuel injection services were good. A recall/update for my GPS/uconnect, nothing but problems. Said they couldn't update it, then wouldn't update, then updated, but it wasn't an update, just reinstalled the same version I already had. Sad that this is how a multiple repeat customer is treated. I've been a loyal Chrysler minivan customer since the 80's, and I really like my Pacifica, but next time????? More
