Forced me to give him a price I was wanting to pay within 5 minutes of reading the car history report that he couldn't even answer a question of a recall. When I told him a figure amount, he said that would not work and walked away with us still in the "car fax" room. He has a very bad attitude and is not a people person at all. I suggest any of the other sales person there. More

We had questions about leasing vs. purchase, about different models and features and he answered them all without trying to push us towards a specific car or specific features. He let us choose based on the information we had researched, his answers to our questions and our test drives. The model we wanted, in the color we wanted with the features we wanted was not on their lot, but they found it and we picked it up that afternoon! Brett was great with all the paperwork - again, friendly and helpful! Claire walked us through all the features, synced my phone and of course, friendly and helpful! Love our new Forester! More
