Most helpful Subaru dealer I visited. These folks are the total opposite of what you may have experienced with car dealers. They do not push you to make a purchase on the spot. I had researched 3 different makes of vehicles and was ready to go out and try them out. Met Gavin on the lot on a Saturday. No push at all. Lots of information from a friendly laid back fellow. I left and went to other dealers (Subaru and others) that same day and on Sunday. On Monday I went back to Shingle Springs to make my purchase. The vehicle I wanted did not have the option of leather seats. Cooper immediately said that he could make it happen. I could not believe that I was not told that the seats were just what they were and that was it. I got the vehicle I wanted and they "customized" it to my wants. You cannot ask for more than that. Claire set up the Bluetooth to my phone and even set up my favorite radio station on the quick buttons. I felt like I had an entire crew of "fairy godfathers and a godmother" making it possible for me to drive away in my carriage. Thanks Shingle Springs Subaru. More
