I've been having issues with my 2018 Jeep Compass from basically the start. Within a year it wouldn't start, computer issues according to them. This happened back to back years if memory serves. I've had basically the start. Within a year it wouldn't start, computer issues according to them. This happened back to back years if memory serves. I've had other issues where I had to take it in due to it not starting as well. Today it wouldn't start and I had to cal AAA, again. They informed me that I'd exhausted my 4 complimentary tows, all to Shively's thanks to it not starting. There's also like 3-4 times I had AAA come start it so I could drive it there myself. I have receipts to prove it. Today AAA came and tried to start my Jeep. I5 wouldn't. They towed it there and I went inside to talk about it. Some gentleman was discussing things with me when he stated that they wouldn't help Mr because I apparently owed money from a previous visit. Unequivocally false. I was told that I didn't need to pay anything and that came from them. I even have an email stating that it was "written off". I told them, if I owe something I'll pay it. I was told that I didn't owe anything. But now my "non payment" is being held against me as if I'd done something wrong. This us bogus and I should take it up with BBB. Some information regarding how awful their service is, and how they nickel and dime people, was told to me by Grover CDC towing. They've seen it happen. More

The staff has been top notch with me. Very pleasant, aimed to please, and timely in the work being done.
