The folks at Lenstoler RAM have been great to work with. - Thomas G.

The folks at Lenstoler RAM have been great to work with. Right from day 1 they have ensured that my RAM TRX 6x6 Warlord truck got the best care possible and had their top mechanic assigned to help with any needs. Love working with them and I take my truck no place else. Look forward to a long association.

My wife was in the market for a Grand Wagoneer L. - matt foosaner

My wife was in the market for a Grand Wagoneer L. She had conducted extensive research on both the vehicle and the dealership. Yesterday we went and purchased a new Grand Wagoneer L from Criswell and Rene. That was the easiest vehicle purchase since I bought my first car in 1988! Rene was super responsive and easy to work with. His finance partner Mitch was stellar. Highly recommend Criswell of Thurmont, Rene and Mitch.

The staff has been top notch with me. - denisecook2445

The staff has been top notch with me. Very pleasant, aimed to please, and timely in the work being done. The only issue is that there is always grease somewhere on the driver's side after they're finished with my car and I have to go home and try to clean it.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Shively Motors of - Miller

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Shively Motors of Shippensburg. I brought it in due to a strange sound coming from the engine compartment, and Kerry promptly accommodated me with an appointment the same day. Kerry provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Not only was the issue successfully diagnosed and repaired, but she also completed the emissions test while keeping me fully informed of any additional findings or updates along the way. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Shively Motors of Shippensburg and will definitely return for future service needs. A special thank you to Kerry — she is truly exceptional at what she does! THANK YOU FOR THE VETERAN DISCOUNT I SALUTE YOU.

Thrilled with my Dodge Hornet! - Kyle

Came in ready to buy and make a deal, with cash in hand. - Yours Truly

Came in ready to buy and make a deal, with cash in hand. Made a reasonable offer based on visible bumper damage, alignment issues during the test drive, and comparable vehicles priced the same online. I’ve bought multiple cars before and know how negotiations work. Instead of negotiating, manager Jesse Triplett laughed in our faces. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The salesperson was fine, but Jesse Triplett single-handedly lost this sale and any future business. Plenty of dealerships out there — spend your money at one that respects customers.

Unnecessary repairs? - wandler

Unnecessary repairs? Valve cover ($400) and both batteries ($700+)? This was my 4th visit to CMA Chrysler for service and the first three were fine and reasonable. Perhaps this time the unneeded repairs are just coincidences? Or was the staff looking for end-of-year bonuses or quotas? My check engine light had come on and the engine was rough. A friend-mechanic ran a diagnostic and told me I had a cylinder 2 misfire. So I left my Pacifica, and they concurred, and told me I needed a new ignition coil, and that I should replace all my sparkplugs. Since the car had 120K miles that seemed reasonable. About $1k so far. A couple of days later they called and said I had a valve cover leaking oil for another $400. I hadn’t noticed an oli leak but I accepted the recommendation. But a few days later just before pickup I was told that both my batteries were weak and needed replacement. (I had not experienced any issues) Well, my start-stop battery was replaced a few months ago, so I told them they would have to do it under warranty. And when I inquired I was told the new main battery was $300+. I left the car another day and I was told that the start-stop battery now tested fine and did not need replacement. And the regular battery which tested weak (so I was told) had not cause me any problems so I left it alone(another month in the cold with lots of down time and I have had no issues. So, bottom line – I didn’t need either battery replaced and saved myself $700. I have lost trust in CMA Chrysler. Not sure if I should give them another chance, perhaps this was just coincidence/bad luck? . Three stars because I am unsure if the unnecessary work was coincidence or dishonesty. I wont recommend CMA for now, although I did in the past. Everyone including Matthew was nice and professional. But when they recommend work, then dont do it because it is under warranty and it no longer needs it - that is a red flag.

Bought a Ram here during COVID. Tim Grubb was exceptional to work with. Online process was a breeze. My wife signed all the paperwork and indicated it was a great environment and everyone present at the dealership was very friendly. We live 2.5 hrs away but we will buy here again.

Everyone that I spoke with there was incredibly kind. - thelsuera

Everyone that I spoke with there was incredibly kind. They were extremely patient and understanding. In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over my 30 years... - ecrouse

I have dealt with many car dealerships over my 30 years of driving and have not found any near as friendly, courteous and professional as Baugher Motors. From the beginning of shopping for a car to the routine maintenance, they have been top performers in my book. The sales team was very informative and helpful without being pushy, like at most dealerships. The parts department is also 5 star perfect in helping you with the added little extras we wanted for out new van. Then there is the service team who makes your job the most important job of their day making you feel very much cared for without any worries about the quality of their work. Then let’s not forget the office staff, they go out of their way to make sure every thing is explained to you so you never have any confusion with paperwork or billing. I always repaired my own vehicle but always took my wife’s van to what ever dealership it was purchased from to have work done. Repairing my own vehicle was due to not trusting the dealerships in doing a top notch job as poor work always done to wife’s vehicle. After purchasing a new vehicle at Baugher Motors and experiencing their other departments I felt a little easier with taking my wife’s vehicle to have routine maintenance performed. With this maintenance, I discovered that their service department is as outstanding as the rest of their dealership. Take it from someone that does not trust car dealerships, I will now buy and have maintained all my vehicles exclusively by Baugher Motors. I have been around and have found no dealership even close to the level of care and quality of work that Baugher Motors performs. They are truly a five star dealership. Today my wife and I swapped vehicles because we had taken hers to Baugher Motors to have some regular maintenance performed. I am disabled and always home so I didn’t need my vehicle for the day. My wife called from work and explained that she had to go have some emergency dental work done therefore I would have to pickup my son from band practice. She wasn’t sure how I was going to do this being I had no vehicle that day. I told her not to worry. I felt very confident that Baugher Motors would help me with the problem. I called and explained my dilemma to them and they said they would perform the maintenance ASAP and bring the vehicle to me. Now it was 9:00AM and I didn’t need the vehicle until 4:00PM, as I had explained to them. By 10:00AM the vehicle was sitting in my driveway with all work completed. Let me tell you that after dealing with many other local dealers I found this service to be above and beyond the normal requirements of doing business. Baugher Motors made sure that my personal problem was dealt with just like a member of their own family. As always they made sure that the customer comes first. Thanks again Baugher Motors!

My daughter bought a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Signature... - jgides

My daughter bought a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Signature Series. This dealership gave us the best trade value. For the price, the car was fully equipped. The optional equipment was well worth the money. All dealership employees were very friendly. The showroom was great compared to many showrooms I've visited. My next Chrysler-Dodge or Jeep.....Frey Motors is the first place I will call. Very fair. This transaction was the most satisfying experience of any car I've ever bought.
