When I purchased my last vehicle I shopped around and found that Schottenkirk was the easiest to approach, ask questions and not feel trapped by sales associates. I’m no expert when it comes to buying a vehicle but I had fun and I felt like I was treated with respect. Before I purchased my Colorado I was introduced to the service department and since I was more keen to that side of things I spent a good amount of time checking things out. I was impressed. So since my purchase I’ve been back for a couple of service needs and regardless of who I work with I have received great service. The facility is always amazingly clean. It’s easy to access the service desk and start the process. I also understand that not everything on a vehicle cooperates as intended and that sometimes repairs need patience. And that’s what impresses me the most. The staff at Shottenkirk are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve any concerns. They’re upfront and honest.
