We needed to upgrade to a 3500 because our 5th wheel was over the 2500’s payload. We were worried we were going to take a huge financial hit. CJ and the team did an AMAZING job, not only finding us the right truck for the job, but also getting us the right accessories (HUGE thanks to Sydney!) and getting us a new 3500 High Country at a very reasonable price. Another (and probably the biggest) reason we will be coming back is because we witnessed how well Shottenkirk takes care of its people. CJ’s son had a baseball game, and the Alen, Travis, and Astrid picked right up where CJ left off to close out the deal. That and the fact that we see many of the same faces 8 months later (and they remembered us!) says more to us than how you treated us as customers. We can’t thanks the Shottenkirk team enough for taking care of us and their team. We will definitely be coming back to Shottenkirk for our next vehicle. More
