When we arrived to pickup my husbands truck he went out to get in it and it would not start. He walked back in to tell Trina, the Service Advisor that it would not start and she threw her hands in the air to get in it and it would not start. He walked back in to tell Trina, the Service Advisor that it would not start and she threw her hands in the air and screamed "I can't take it!!!" and told him he would have to come back in the morning and speak to the Service Manager. This was before he said a word to her. He went back the next morning and spoke to Greg, the Service Manager and he said he would look into the issue. They called him back later in the day and said they had accidentally programmed the new fuel module to E85 instead of regular unleaded gas. As someone who works in Customer Service I found her behavior abhorent! More

Kia is like family, we have bought multiple vehicles over the years for our family of 6 children.
