I was in the process of buying a preowned Ford F150 from a Chevy dealership... no jokes please, and I noticed the vehicle had a slight issue. This issue was no fault of Boland, rather the person who traded in the vehicle to Boland never had a recall by Ford fixed on the truck. So, here's what happened... I wanted to buy the truck, but I wanted it fixed before I purchased it, and Boland realized that the recall was no longer being paid for by the Ford company since the recall expiration date had passed. This is where Cheryl and Boland management decided to eat the cost and have the vehicle fixed without pushing any additional cost upon me. I was told by everyone, even the guys who I talked with in the shop that they lost money on this deal. They constantly told me that my satisfaction was critically important to them since they don't advertise, but they rely solely upon word of mouth, so they do everything possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. If you are looking for the your next vehicle, then I would contact Cheryl. BTW, I've owned the vehicle 4 months now, and it's running great!

Bought a 2019 ram on sat 8/06 deal was done mostly by phone and email as I live in okla 700 miles away I asked several times to have the truck serviced and road ready for the trip home the salesman Billy Cowden assured me that it was ready 100% I got there at 2pm picked up truck asked again if truck was road ready stated yes.i left and hour into my trip it started raining used the Wipers to find out the rubber was completely gone couldn't hardly see to drive made it to parts house replaced Wipers was a serious safety issue. Made it home to find no service had been done air and cabin filters have never been changed after being told it had been done. Idk if this was common practice to misinform a out of state customers as they knew I couldn't come back and make them correct the problem. I've contacted the salesman he apologized blamed on the service department. I haven't Been contacted by dealership to offer any compensation for the issue. You would think after spending 39000 on a truck they could have at least kept there word. If you buy a car check to make sure you get what you are promised. I do love my truck and am satisfied with the deal just not the service issue.

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time dor the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

We bought a car for my son after he totaled his SUV. I was given 2 prices. One price with brakes and one price with brakes and tires. I was told they would not sell it without new brakes. We bought the car with brakes and tires so we knew he was safe after just having a horrible wreck. Fast forward a year and a half later and about 5,000 miles. I had to pay to have brakes put on the car. I will never buy another car there or have any car serviced there!

My sales person was John Shumaker. He sold me a 2016 Mustang convertible over the phone. He gave me a fair price for my trade in, We made a deal and I drove there from Kansas City, Missouri, approximately 300 miles to find the Mustang to be like new. Ever person I dealt with at the dealership was so friendly, courteous, professional, honest, and respectful. A very pleasant experience.. I highly recommend this dealership.

It was having a typical 6.4 Hemi lifter tick. they got a new motor approved and delivered. we got a phone call staying the exhaust manifold caused the new motor to blow up. they asked were could they have the truck delivered on tow truck at no cost to us. It now had a rod knocking. after a certified inspection the report deemed no new parts had been put on this truck was the original engine. enough said! BEWARE
