The service advisor was great! That’s why I gave the 5 star rating. However, they wanted approx $750 for main battery and auxiliary battery plus $200 for just bringing it in. Both batteries would cost me $450 and 20 minutes of my time. When I picked up my car the battery voltage for the main battery it was showing was right where it should be. Nothing wrong with the main battery. Purchased the auxiliary battery for $200, paid them their $200 and saved $500. I do not mind being told something may need to be replaced soon, but I will not tolerate anywhere that tells me something is bad when it’s not. Then to overcharge that much is crazy. Honestly would go a long way to repair the damage to the Shottenkirk name. I guess they are not interested in doing that. Again, the service advisor was great!! The tech….not so much!! More

The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I would do zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and our sales agent Roy. We wanted to purchase a car in cash and after putting a deposit down and awaiting our forms that were apparently overnighted they told us 24 hours after our deposit, an hour before closing, that we had to wire all the money (nearly 60k) by eod of the car was going back on the market. We had received no paperwork, no bill of sale or any kind of documents in general. They refused to send us any documents demanding money be wired or the car would go back on the market. We said we would send payment once we received some sort of paperwork. We didn’t hear from them until the next day after reaching out again. They didn’t acknowledge anything they told us when we agreed on a price and that since we didn’t wire them the money it is now back on the market and the price we agreed to isn’t valid anymore. Terrible business and very shady! Do not recommend this dealership! More
