I’ve been looking for a very specifically color and optioned truck for a while now, I ended up finding i it. I live in FL, Shottenkirk CDJR is in TX. I’ve been looking for a very specifically color and optioned truck for a while now, I ended up finding it with them. Call make sure the truck is what it is, get the pictures and videos I ask for. I decided to go forward with purchasing the truck site unseen. Mind you I’ve never purchased a vehicle without a test drive, let alone without seeing it in person altogether from another state so I was nervous. I get a call from the finance manager to talk numbers. We settle on a price, he sends me the contract, I’m going through it. When I tell you this man did not add a dollar to the price of the truck in dealer fees or add on’s for tire protection, paint protection, floor mats extended warranty the list goes on, I mean it he didn’t add a single penny, what we spoke of is what was in that contract and I was honestly in shock but obviously happy. Also, all of this has now happened between about 6PM and 930 my time, 7PM and 1030 in TX. The truck was delivered to my house today by a transporter and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier. I’ve got to say thank you to Lee in sales and Trevor the finance manager. Y’all have gone above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. You’ve earned my future business. More

I would give them less than a star if I could. Their customer service and professionalism was lacking. The sales associate, Dominic, that took on us a test drive referenced drinking and driving while on the test drive. While negotiating a price, he was a very poor communicator between the finance manager and us at the desk. He was also incredibly unprofessional while collecting income information. Trevor Fowler, the finance manager, was rude, and tried to rush us into a decision. When we asked for some more time to think and cited that we had driven a long way, he responded, "okay, I drive from Dallas every day too". Upon purchase of the vehicle, I requested the documents that I signed throughout the purchase process, and they were not delivered to me. They dodged my calls for about a week, and when he finally sent something, it was incomplete, and it included more than a thousand dollar mark up on an extended warranty that we had not agreed to. I purchased the vehicle over 2 and a half months ago, and I still do not have a copy of everything I signed on the purchase date. I had to cancel the warranty all together to fix it. The truck has had mechanical issues since, and the service department has not successfully fixed the largest of the issues, that should have originally been caught in a CPO inspection. All in all, if you're looking to buy, go literally anywhere else. I cannot imagine a worse buying experience, or customer service. More
