Absolute scam with their pricing online. Called to inquire and purchase used vehicle today after seeing the online "sales" price listed was in our range. Only to learn that they would need to add almost $6500 more to the sales price for "recon fees", Shottenkirck "care fees", "dealer prep fees" etc. What a scam these people are. Almost as comical as the old Seinfeld episode of charging for keys, steering wheel, and undercoating.....We were actually warned about this place by friends in the Granbury area who had similar experiences with Shottenkirk,but hoped this deal would be different. Sadly, their deceptive advertising practices and terrible sales personnel, combined with the ridiculous costs tacked on were just not worth it. Terrible experience overall - STAY AWAY. More
