Experience was good, I like this dealership, but while I was surprised at the cost of the oil change, I was even more surprised they are passing the 3% credit card fee on to the customers. That is a cost of doing business, and the services are expensive enough to begin with these days… especially when they say they can’t accept a check as payment to avoid the fee. More

Frustrating to pay a service fee on credit cards. Nobody does this anymore. This creates a negative customer service image. Have had truck in several times for the same problem only to be told to just drive the truck until something else happens and they don't know why it is doing what it is doing. On the first appointment they to be told to just drive the truck until something else happens and they don't know why it is doing what it is doing. On the first appointment they said dont drive it and it shouldn't be doing what its doing, now that they have thrown a bunch of parts at it, they are telling me they are not concerned and to just drive it???
