My oil change was fine, but I have a concern that I need addressed by the service department. I was told that I would have to drop off my vehicle and let it sit in the parking lot for three days waiting to addressed by the service department. I was told that I would have to drop off my vehicle and let it sit in the parking lot for three days waiting to be seen by the service department. I simply don’t understand why I can’t make an appointment. I understand that my car may need to stay in the shop after it’s diagnosed. But I believe I should be able to make an appointment to have the diagnostics done. It is an unacceptable practice to ask people to be without their vehicles while just waiting in a days-long queue. The dealership needs to do better scheduling staff and appointments. More

I would not take my vehicle here again. Service was terrible. My car stayed at service for 5wks. My adviser never updated me. I've had to ring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue on 3 separate occasions/issues. They took over a month to fix the ac, door latch and radio (all under warranty). I had to bring the vehicl same issue on 3 separate occasions/issues. They took over a month to fix the ac, door latch and radio (all under warranty). I had to bring the vehicle back a month or two later only for them to have to order the parts. I've now been waiting almost 3 months for the parts. They also do not offer a loaner vehicle but the previous chrysler dealer in McKinney always offer a free loaner. I have a 2018 pacifica with only about 35,000 miles and I paid for the top tier extended warranty. I don't drive the vehicle often but it seems to always have issues and the service department cannot seem to figure it out. More
