This is not a one time instance of poor service. This has been an issue for just under 2 years and multiple vehicles. 1) Lost parts. 2) having a vehicle for 3 weeks after being told it would be less than week. 3) wrong diagnosis. 4) failure to top of fluids. 5) reservations are worthless, 6) being told warranty "probably" won't cover a "known" issue, before the vehicle is even in the shop. 7) poor communication with customers. 8) high turn over of service writers 9) service manager that doesn't seem to care.
