Communication has been almost nonexistent—updates only come when I reach out, and even then, clear information is rarely provided. Although the staff is courteous and I appreciate the loaner vehicles, it has now been nearly five months without a final resolution. I even made a special trip in late October after being told leadership would have answers for me by October 29, but no follow-up ever occurred. Getting to the dealership is now a two-hour drive each way, which makes the lack of progress even more frustrating. At this point, I simply expected better transparency, accountability, and timely service from a Lexus dealership. I hope meaningful improvements are made so other customers do not experience similar challenges. More
