Bait and switch! I can't believe this dealership is still doing old illegal activities.I had pre negotiated a cost that was agreed upon from the dealership before I d I can't believe this dealership is still doing old illegal activities.I had pre negotiated a cost that was agreed upon from the dealership before I drove 1 1/2 hours to make the purchase. Once i got there the car was waiting for me but the sticker on the car had a new and updated additional dealer cost that brought the cost up $8000. Little did I know that I was not getting the price of that car that Shottenkirk Desert Lexus promised me but used the inflated cost to try to give me a deal. They said "Look I lowered the cost drastically and now you are getting a great deal". They would not honor my price and the price they agreed upon. They got me to drive 1 1/2 hours so they can try to negotiate an higher price. The sales manager (Sean Marchese) even said "Yes, that is what we do a dealerships. We got to what it takes to get you in the store". Needless to say, I stormed out of a corrupt place. More
