I am so disappointed. This was the last straw. I won’t be back. I brought my truck for warranty work, which I basically had to beg to get. I waited for over a year for This was the last straw. I won’t be back. I brought my truck for warranty work, which I basically had to beg to get. I waited for over a year for the first one. Then the representative did not listen to me and I ended up getting charged for something I knew would not work, plugging my truck into a simulator. I felt like I was given a lot of lip service. Like I get a text that says my truck is good and no service is needed. It takes an hour and a half after that text to get my truck. This is not the first time I have been disappointed here, but it will be the last. I honestly don’t even feel confident that they took care of the warranty work. More
