Dropped our vehicle off was told they would call within an hour or so didn't hear from them for 7 hours I had to call them they told me they could not duplicate the noise that was happening in my transmiss an hour or so didn't hear from them for 7 hours I had to call them they told me they could not duplicate the noise that was happening in my transmission we went and picked up the vehicle as soon as we pulled out of the lot it started making the noise really bad and jumping all over I feel like nobody even took the vehicle for a ride went back the following day asked if somebody can go for a ride with us it may have been the same day sorry somebody came with us and it started making the noise immediately said they had to do something with the computer got the vehicle back still making noise and jumping all over the place was told we have to drive it for 3-400 miles and it should straighten itself out never heard of such a thing the transmission is banging and clunking and knocking all over the place and still doing it now call to speak to a manager first time got disconnected second time busy third time I think the girls are getting frustrated not with me but with the dealership itself they tried putting me through to the manager and I got a voicemail what kind of place you running very unsatisfactory service dealing with this Ford dealership when we got the car back also all the settings on the dashboard will change they were not like when we brought it in another minus More

Out of all the dealerships I've done business with in the last 20 years I have to say Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA is the worst. From the General manager, Steve Ferenczy, to Renold Bridgemohan, to Parts, t last 20 years I have to say Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA is the worst. After my experience with Shottenkirk Ford I would not trust then to change out the wiper blades. Sad, sad place. The most dis-honest / un-experienced folks in the business. Lie to you straight faced and never miss a beat. From the top to the bottom, they keep passing the blame on to someone else. A business is only as good as it's worst employee. I love my New 2023 Ford Bronco! Sayed is a 5 star salesman working for a Zero Star Dealership I just wish I had purchased my Bronco some where else. More
