Jerry is a great service writer. I told him that the tires on my car were in horrible shape for only having 27000 miles on them. I always get a high quality service whenever I visit here. The main downside caveat is that it takes forever for an Oil Change and anything to do with the Tires. The main reason I keep going to Shottenkirk is because if something goes wrong with my car, then my best chance for a part acquisition is from a Ford Dealership.
