I had to make an unplanned purchase of a vehicle due to a tree falling on my car while I was driving on Hwy 52. I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer on 6/16/23 from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, Ga. The entire s tree falling on my car while I was driving on Hwy 52. I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer on 6/16/23 from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, Ga. The entire staff made this process as easy as possible. The salesman was Keith Bramlett, who was excellent throughout the entire process. The manager Rick Biles was also excellent. Both were very professional and caring individuals. I hope this car lasts until I am no longer able to drive, however, if i had to make another purchase it would definitely be from this dealership. Went to pick up a truck from Service on a Friday, spotted a truck in the lot. Called the next day. Eddie provided exceptional customer experience, did a deal over the phone, collected that truck Saturday, th a truck in the lot. Called the next day.
