I purchased a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee with approx 31,000 miles on it on May 26 2022. I put $10,000 cash down. After driving it 6 miles, the airbag alert system light came on. After, it being transferred to a sister store that was a primary Jeep dealer for 2 weeks, I got it back. Long story short…this problem continued on and on. And, I was told repeatedly it was NOT SAFE to drive. The Jeep was returned 3 times for the same issue. I only had the Jeep in my possession a total of 3 weeks out of the 5 months I had it and made payments on it. Communication was terrible! As, Shottenkirk Ford never gave my contact information to the Jeep dealer. The last time I returned it, 2 months passed without any response from emails to the general manager or service manager at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. I had enough!! I reached out by email again to the GM and copied all managers at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper and Shottenkirk CDJR in Canton, GA. The next morning, the managers in Canton at the Shottenkirk CDJR were contacting me. They honestly had no idea the Jeep they had in their possession in service belonged to a customer. Only that it was the property of the Ford dealership that I was dealing with. Shottenkirk CDJR in Canton traded me out of the Jeep, saving me money the best they could. I still lost a huge portion of the cash down payment I put down! Steve Ferenzy(GM at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper), has yet to respond to any of my emails since the first return. BUYER beware! There is some shady business going on at the Ford dealership in Jasper, GA. More

I recently had problems with the AC on my 2012 Ford Fusion and I took it to Ralph Tucci at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. Ralph and his staff figured out what the problem was and fixed it in record time. Eve Fusion and I took it to Ralph Tucci at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. Ralph and his staff figured out what the problem was and fixed it in record time. Everyone there was friendly,courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. When you find someone you can trust at a fair price there is no reason to go anywhere else. More
Began having issues with the SUV I bought within 12 hours of having it. Took it back and they got it in to service a few days later. I ended up having to take it back 5 more times to actually get this fixe of having it. Took it back and they got it in to service a few days later. I ended up having to take it back 5 more times to actually get this fixed even with a video showing them the issue. Have since had to take it back about 8 more times with various other issues. They keep my car sometimes for up to 2 weeks at time as they are sending it elsewhere to be fixed. They had to replace the stereo and in doing so erased my apple car play. I had to argue for two weeks and they had to call programmers to get this back on. They asked me for proof I had it before. Well it was on the advertisement when I went in and I had a video of it working before they touched it. I told them I would not accept the vehicle back less than what it was when I sent it in for service. Its now been in for 9 days for an issue I've already taken it in for before. I have the issue on video and they said they couldn't re create it. So much for that wonderful extended warranty they sold me. So they had my car 3 days and had not even ran diagnostics on it. I have told them multiple times to buy it back. The dealership manager has never called me even though I have requested he do so multiple times. They also promised to replace a cracked piece of trim right after I bought and every time I mention it, its forgotten. The vehicle was also advertised with navigation and i was told by finance I would have to buy the SD card to update it to get it to work. The SD card is $500.00. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! Trust me when i say the don't check the cars before they sell them. More

Jeff my salesman and the whole service department did me dirty. I traded in my truck for a used 2013 Ram 3500 Dually with really low miles (21,000 ish). Apparently the truck had been sitting for a while at dirty. I traded in my truck for a used 2013 Ram 3500 Dually with really low miles (21,000 ish). Apparently the truck had been sitting for a while at some farmers house, at least that was the story I was told. Anyways, the truck needed cleaned up and put through services before I could take it home. Jeff and I took a test drive and everything seemed fine but we never got over 55mph. The next day when I took possession of the truck I was driving home and I couldn’t get over 68 mph without the truck shaking violently. I immediately called Jeff and told him and he said he would make sure they took care of it. I drove slowly home over an hour away. The next day I still hadn’t heard anything from Jeff so I decided to take the truck to a tire shop to get the tires balanced, thinking that might have been the issue. Come to find out the tires were cupping and needed to be replaced. I ended up paying over $1400 for a new set. Now that that issue was resolved I could drive over 68mph. Now fast forward a week… I went to start my truck one morning and it would not crank. I was able to jump start it and get it too an auto parts store that tested the batteries. One had been bad for a long time according to by the technician that tested my batteries and the other was on the verged of going bad. So it basically lasted just long enough for them to sell the truck and screw me over. $420 later I had two new batteries. I kept relaying what was going on with my sales person Jeff and he kept telling me that he needed to talk to someone so they could take care of the situation. More than 3 weeks have went by since I bought the truck and nothing has been done about this. I feel like the service department didn’t do their job and they knowingly sold me a truck with unsafe tires and with bad batteries. These are things a normal consumer can’t test before purchasing a vehicle and I feel that the dealership should reimburse me for what I had to put into the truck to make it road worthy and safe to drive. It’s sad that a dealership would do this to someone and I will never recommend this shady dealership to anyone. Also I am a 100% disabled veteran and Jeff my salesman knew this since he said he was a Veteran also. It’s a shame that one vet could do this to another. More
