I tell them, they come pick ot up, keep it for 2 days, bring it back, still not cleaned up, oil still under the truck, on part of the dipstick, oil on bolt heads, oil on the undercarriage, oil on the bumper, tail pipes. trailer hitch, very unprofessional, I was very upset after promises from the sales department. They said they would mail me a check to have it cleaned up by whom I wanted, Shottenkirk Ford lost my respect , More

I don't feel anything was done to properly diagnose the problem I was having with my Fusion. I think either Jerry or the Technician went with the simplest shotgun approach and suggested I get a whole new problem I was having with my Fusion. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and it turns out there is nothing wrong with the transmission. The computer did Not show any codes while running as Jerry told us it did. I don't know if Jerry was misinformed or what, but I hold Shottenkirk Ford Jasper Fully responsible for misrepresenting the problem to get a bigger payday. I will no longer give any of my business to Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. More
