The salesperson was not able to answers questions about the vehicle and even told us information that wasn't true. He spoke confidently about features while comparing trim packages and once we were in the the vehicle and even told us information that wasn't true. I would have rather him just be honest and say he didn't know instead of giving inaccurate information. Also, we reached an interest rate agreement at the salesperson's desk, but once we were back in the finance department ready to sign there was a different interest rate printed. When I asked about it the person working in finance said "oh I'm sorry your salesperson didn't tell me." She had to request approval to change the interest rate and then had to reprint all of the paperwork. Overall this was the worst car buying experience I've had. Several members of the team fell short. More
