My truck was delivered filthy and the windows were covered in wax ,after I waited 3 hours to be detailed after I bought it. I notified the dealer they said to bring it back and they would get it clea covered in wax ,after I waited 3 hours to be detailed after I bought it. I notified the dealer they said to bring it back and they would get it cleaned. My wife and daughter carried it back the following Saturday and left the key with the sales lady, they waited in town for more than 4 hours and the truck had not been touched. After they got there and wanted to know when it would be done, they finally sent it to the detail shop and they half way cleaned it again. It was so bad that the sales manager got out there and tried to clean it himself! He called me and agreed it did not look like a new car should. They told me they would call me to have it cleaned correctedly, but I still have not heard from them! I have never bought a new honda car before, but I expected alot more from a Honda dealer. Especially when you buy a $45,000 truck! More
