ShottenKirk Honda went 'above and beyond' is my last experience with them. I had a flat - in my garage, and could not find the 'key' for my locking lug nuts. The sent a person to my Acworth residence experience with them. I had a flat - in my garage, and could not find the 'key' for my locking lug nuts. The sent a person to my Acworth residence with the tools to remove the flat and mount the 'donut spare'. The also offered to leave me a loaner and take my CR-V to their facility if needed. Leave it to say, I purchased my two new front tires from them and also took my 2013 Pilot to them for a new alternator - when it rains it pours. Good Service earns my continued trust and visits when services is needed. More
