Took longer then our normal wait time, but the service dept. was very accommodating and took my wife and I to breakfast while waiting and also came and picked us back up. Everette Hall did a great job with us. He showed us a lot of respect and explained everything really well including how to use the functions in the car. I found the entire process of purchasing a car with cash entirely too lengthy. We were there almost four hours. While I bought a used car (2021 1600 miles) the finance manager spent more time telling us wh entirely too lengthy. We were there almost four hours. While I bought a used car (2021 1600 miles) the finance manager spent more time telling us what they wouldn't cover than what they would unless we purchased the extended warranty. We were not kept apprised about what the delay was. Although, it was explained to me the next day when I returned with the title to my trade in. Better late than never I guess. Also, when I returned the next day I told my salesman the fuel light came on as I was driving home. He informed me typically used cars don't get any gas. No apology just an explanation that he has had to push a car into the gas station on a test drive. That is not what I needed to hear. I will say Damien Brooks was extremely knowledgeable about the car. More
