I was very impressed with the salesman who worked with me, I give him 5 stars. He went out of his way to help me and set up my new car before I road off the lot with it. The part that I was less than me, I give him 5 stars. He went out of his way to help me and set up my new car before I road off the lot with it. The part that I was less than happy about was the Finance department. Prior to going to Finance, I signed a paper agreeing to a price and interest rate, when I get to Finance the man I worked with increased my rate, not much but he said he could do what we originally agreed to and I have excellent credit. Then there was a lot of unnecessary describing how if I didn't buy an extended warranty package I would be warrantied only 12 months bumper to bumper, after 12 months I wouldn't have the extra's If I didn't purchase the warranty package. I bought the package but I am not happy with the $3500.00 charge I had to pay for it. Talking to others, it should have been half of that. Sorry about the Finance review, but you want the truth and this is the raw truth. Buy beware of their Finance Department. More
