Tried to get an oil change but service was exceptionally busy with a 2 hour wait. Emily said, if I didn’t mind getting up early, to come back the next day at 7am and I’d get right in. I’m a morning person s busy with a 2 hour wait. Emily said, if I didn’t mind getting up early, to come back the next day at 7am and I’d get right in. I’m a morning person so back I went the next morning, first in line, Chris checked me in and 60 minutes later the car was ready and I was on my way. Chris is personable, professional and thoroughly reviewed all that my car needed, why it was needed and whether or not it was needed immediately or could be postponed to a future date. I highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk. More
Good work and quick service, but extremely expensive. $800 for alternator replacement is far too expensive for that job. Purchased a New car, could not even drive it home the same day. It needed a PDI, I called the dealership and the lady I spoke with in the service department said my car would be ready at 11:30, I got the same day. I live over an hour away and was late picking my children up from daycare do to the lack of care provided for my first car purchase which they did not give me any incentives on!!!!! The car has 12 miles when I left when I went to pick it Also it up it had over 26 miles on it and they couldn't find the keys. SOMEONE HAD TEST DROVE MY BRAND NEW CAR THAT I HAD PURCHASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall worse buying experience they were quick to sale me a car and once the sale was complete the customer service went out the door. Damien was not thorough and if I did not do my own research on the car and knew this is what I wanted the car would still be on the lot, where it should be with all the scamming, unprofessional and poor customer care I received. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!!!!! After all the xxxx I got a free oil change that I had to ask for because nothing was offered upon my inconvience!!!!!!!!! More
