What initially began as a great experience in buying the car, turned out to be, one of great disappointment. We finally took possession of the car late in the evening when it was dark, and assumed it had be car, turned out to be, one of great disappointment. The car needed cleaning both inside and out. Shottenkirk requested we return the car for cleaning, and provided a loaner replacement for the day. There was another contentious disagreement on the financial part of the deal , but this was mutually resolved a few days later. More
