Tyler Bone is a detriment to you company. In addition, I was told I needed a new Powersteering Rack. It was a lie. I went to other mechanics to be sure. Never again and when I wanted to speak with Tyler Bone about simply changing my email address and contact info, he said he was in a meeting the 3 times I tried to speak with him. The last time, he picked up the phone, hung up and then refused to answer claiming he was in a meeting again when I called back 30 seconds later after he disconnected me when the call was transferred to his office. I have little tolerance for liars. I will never bring my car back there, never purchase another Honda at your location, and I will be sure to tell everyone about my last experience with your store.
